On April 18, 2010 the Company filed a joint application for the Dome Mountain Project for a (Stage 1) Mines Act, RSBC 1996, Chapter 293 permit and an Environmental Management Act, SBC 2009, Chapter 53 effluent discharge permit. The Stage 1 permit is for mining and off-site milling at a rate of less than 75,000 tonnes per year.
