Metal Mountain Resources Inc is a Canadian junior exploration company incorporated in British Columbia on November 29, 2007. The Company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia with a field office in Smithers, BC.The Company’s Officers, Directors, and Advisors combined have over 250 years of experiencein the mining and exploration industry, in both the public and private sector.

On October 16, 2009 the Company purchased 3 properties, Big Onion property, the Dome Mountain project and the Silver Vista property, from an associated company (“Eagle Peak Resources Inc.”). On April 18, 2010 the Company filed a joint application for the Dome Mountain Project for a (Stage 1) Mines Act, RSBC 1996, Chapter 293 permit and an Environmental Management Act, SBC 2009, Chapter 53 effluent discharge permit. The Stage 1 permit is for mining and off-site milling at a rate of less than 75,000 tonnes per year.
